Bixler is a wyrd indigene. At the root of the man is a triad of genuine interests: books, computers and music. After having lived thirty some years, he is more than just those three things. He is a husband, a daddy, a master of liberal arts, a musician, an electronics enthusiast, a web designer, a database manager, a book collector, a motorcyclist, a gun toter, a fireworks builder, a carpenter, a horticulturist, and a psychonaut.

Just try to imagine a world where you never considered how things ought to be.

I read online today that there has been a dramatic rise in the demand for creative skills. So what has happened? Is it that the Millennials entering the workforce are less inclined to follow careers requiring the paramount skill of creativity? Or is it the way in which we define "creative skills"? Either way, the paradigm shift comes from how we have been raised, our education prior to entering the workforce, and what society tells us is import
